Agreed WWS, and as such if the bad outweighs the good then one would hope new, enthusiastic owner may take over.
I was hoping with a bit of tolerance and flexibility on our side (a few 2nd chances) it can be the focal point it should be. Sometimes those who are defensive need to be met with a bit of kindness and they too change. Perhaps I hope for too much
