Regarding refunding subscribers amounts owed:

Since I took on the job of distribution and all the subscriptions were purchased via my businesses online shop and we maintained the subscribers database, we are also going to handle refunding the amounts owed to all the subscribers for issues they now won't receive.

Subscribing has been one of the best ways for people to support the magazine. We are extremely grateful to all the subscribers. So I just want to reiterate what Neil said in his statement and that's that we guaranteed all subscribers will be refunded all amounts owed.

I've got some other work commitments for the next two weeks but then plan to start work on refunds after then.
