Mmm so you bring all your hard earnt skills to an organisation that turns a profit so that you can work for 5-6 days for free while being assessed. Although the competitive rate is probabaly better then the companies that operate in the Uk. Aparently you can make up to 300 pounds per month!!! and only 6 days a week. The guiding rates in Oz are not too bad well they aren't if you could rent a room in the Bluies for $60 a week. Work 3 days and then climb the rest.
I have a friend who did this sort of thing in Europe and loved it. Its just a shame that people can't do it and make a decent wage. Those American summer camps are the same kind of scam. I just can't work out why they do it. If its for the lifestyle then it is hard to have a lifestyle on $2000US for 9 weeks work. Better to get a proper job and get paid properly and take your hard earned and go on a road trip.
