Yeh mate, either:
1. A right-side start, with right foot on the lower-right bump-hold, right-finger mono, left foot across to the lower-left star-shaped flake, pull on the mono and push off the left foot to get your left hand up to the horizontal flake; or
2. Front-on start, with left foot on the star-shaped flake, right-finger mono, push up hard off the left foot and left-hand deadpoint to the horizontal flake.

Then again, you may find a different take-off that suits you better?

Best bit is the dyno to the left-handed sloper at the half-way point. :)
