I went through the same process a while ago when some cycling gear never arrived from the US. I notified the CC company, who sent me a form to fax back to them. They then reversed the transaction for me, but charged me a $50 fee for the process. Well worth it though, rather than losing AUD$2k... It's a shame to hear about your bad experience. We've recently spent about $1k with Moosejaw and everything worked out well. They even sent the box by Priority Air and it arrived in 4 working days. Hope it works out for you mate.
