Boils down to:

IRATA - not nationally accredited but v good. Also very expensive and hours intensive. Not international as stated but is UK organisation and is mandated qual for IRA on oil rigs. Twin rope (working and b-u) only.
ARAA - good, cheaper, less intensive and not nationally accredited either although there was a push to include it in the AQF building maintenance training package some years ago. Twin rope too.
Neither of these is much use for climbing rescue as use completely different operating systems and equipment. Fun though.

Emergency services such as coppers, fireys, SES etc get taught out of emergency services training package. State based recognitions also exist such as state rescue board in NSW. Again good fun but not much use for lead fall rescue as diff systems, gear etc. We used to deliver tower/structure rescue courses to people such as telstra and AAPT workers out of this to cert II/III level.

Bushwalking association in NSW has affiliation with SES (?) and delivers a nice single rope technique rescue course. Need to be a member to get it of course and quite competitive I believe. The spelean people are/were heavily involved.

No nationally accredited crevasse rescue in Australia as far as I know. The nationally accredted outdoor recreation training package contains climbing, abseiling and canyon rescue units as part of Cert IV in Outdoor Rec. Also incident and emergency response. These are nationally accredited of course in their own right and can be done as single units at some private RTOs and TAFEs.

Mines Rescue in most states deliver fantastic rope rescue training but is in-house.

Caving clubs are a good source of SRT rescue info/praxis but not nationally accredited.

ACIA provides good climbing guiding and rescue training and assessment, but is a long road to get a qual. Not nationally accredited but well recognized in Australia.

NZAC in NZ is affiliated with UIAGM and can deliver a mutually recognized qual but takes many years and includes a lot more than what you want.

Hope that helps. PM me if you want more info.
