hi
im in the process of designing a new website for www.fieldtouring.com
im running on 256kbs broadband and am having trouble determining if the site is a little to heavy for the average user at 56kbs (that is to say, it takes too long for the pages to open)
would someone mind taking a look at the below url's and letting me know if it lags a bit
and or any problems / design faults that could be fixed.

Please note that the links and menu on these pages are not yet active and the texts are to be refined / added in some places.
