First route of day 2 at Frog finished and I'm ready to rap back down. Checked the Anchor, Belay device, Carabiner (ABC). Good to go, unclipped sling from the anchor, stepping down to the ledge and lost my footing (how unusual for me) went swinging, break hand got pulled into belay device, rope burn on my leg and a stunned look on my face, Needless to say my prussik was taken out of my pack and attached to my harness straight away!
