You go through this exceptional amount of effort to keep the little guys in business! It's like Coles versus your local fruit and veg shop and your local butcher. Sure you have to go to multiple places to buy your weekly shopping, but your keeping the local shopkeepers in business as well as the local farmers they buy their produce off etc... Convenient to go to Coles as a one stop shop, but the service, the quality, and the satisfaction that you've kept a fellow Aussie in business can only come from shopping from your locals!
