I met up with the Crane crew for some photo's and climbing at Araps after a few days with them at the Gramps, and both Cass and Pete onsighted Pilot Error, and had a blast on heaps of other trad lines. I'm not sure of specifics, but they did a couple of routes in the Organ Pipes and took their younger brother, Daniel, up Exodus on Mitre Rock and had a morning out at Castle Crag, Cass 2nding me up Trapeze and almost onsighting Swinging, then 2nding it beautifully.
They crammed a lot of climbing into a very short space of time, and I think by the end of their Vic climbing experience they were fairly exhausted. I guess that's what happens after a couple of weeks in 30 - 45 degree weather and climbing almost non stop!
We really are lucky down here to have so much great rock and bouldering to climb on!
