Climbing reports that Lee Sheftel has redpointed The Whole Shot (5.14a/32) in Maple Canyon (US). This at the tender age of 59. He previously redpointed Present Tense (5.13d/31) at the spring chicken age of 57. Must be a record. On the bouldering front Ben Moon (now well old at 39) has recently sent Dominatrix (V13) - so there's hope for anyone over 35! Anyone flying the flag in this country? (Given the responses - this includes parents too..)
