Maybe but it simply reviews plans. Little/nothing is mentioned about the level of service or technical support.

want another example of telstras uselessness!?

a mate of mine works as a security guard. He was hired to protect a telstra building after a employee organised breakin that netted a few hundered thousand in gear. The building was guarded 12 hours a day after the fact at teltras expense.

A electronic security mob was paid to install a state of the art system and got it installed in a month or so. All they needed was a phone socket conection so the alarm could be monitored back to base.

It took three months for the socket to be installed! and even then it was a contractor! WOW it makes you wonder what the hell they do at telstra if they cant even organise a phoneline in their own building!!! All the time paying huge amounts to the guard company when the could have been paying a small fee to a monitoring centre!

I doubt they even use it now!

My best mate who was a contractor for them says that there is some rule about doing work on teltra gear? aparently they cant give priority to inside jobs? He said that a help centre operater had a dodge line so sometimes the line would drop out. It hadn't been fixed when he left a month and a half later! Ever wondered why it all takes so long to get through the que on the help lines!?

My current adsl/phone provider TRANSACT are crap. If you ring the help line first you have to go nextdoor if your phone aint working cause the number does not work from mobiles or public telephones! then you get the latest apology for services being down somewhere. And athough you get an operator qucikly they never know what to do and you get this iritateing line "we will call you back between X and X" Nevermind that I might not be home then and the reason I rang was becasue the phone is not working!!

Yahr IM goana give up calling or emailing it is for the best!!!
