That is a pretty poor attitude Steph. Maybe if you had a little less of a defeatist outlook then just maybe, with enough time and effort you could get there as well. Sure genetics play a part but with enough time on the rock and consistant, efficient, effective training and the right attitude, grade 31 is quite achievable.

Then again maybe you just need a protein shake or two. lol
