another issue you might want to consider. Problems can arise when a the current land owner (who alows climbing) sells his land. This happend localy and the buyer refused all access. Alot of hard work down the drain. You may want to talk to the current land owner(s) about their future palns for the land and if they would be happy to discolse to any future buyers thath the area is used for climbing. You may also want to inforce a ban on abseilers (EX boy scouts ect) as they are often stupid and careless and often are reported as climbers causeing trouble!
