Pretty sure you won't find much info on any of the peaks around the Darrans/Milford area as there seems to be a bit of an unspoken agreement not to provide descriptions publically. I think the idea is to keep the area free for 'adventurous' mountaineering. Certainly heard this put this way specifically for Tutoko. You could try the NZAC notice board, or contact the westland section. You might find something in the NZAC journal archives if you can get over there (or get someone to look for you). Alternatively...why try too hard to find info. Study the maps and give it a go!

It should be OK. If it's just off the Milford track you can get special permission to enter via the track and head off to your target. Contact the DOC. If you need maps etc I've got the south Island on CD. Access info is probably also in one of the Moir's guides.

Sounds like a good adventure. There's hundreds off fantastic obscure peaks all through the South Island that are just begging to be climbed.
