wel rich u certainly sound like you know what your talking about and I'm not about to preach physical science at you. My opinion is only that the mental decision to use them for no other purpose than to push your body to further limits is not a good one. Like I've said from the beginning; climbing harder and better takes practise and years of experience, not sculling protein shakes after sessions. I hear your point that they repair muscle tears in a more effective way than 1000 buckets of brockoli, but i also think that injuries will still happen on the inside because you're not taking away the cause. Bodies naturally repair themselves pretty damn well IMO - i just think supplements lead to doing more harm than good in the long term. and once again i'm not trying to start arguments with my opinion - i'm just putting it out there and i know ppl agree with me.
