I agree with all the stuff you just said neil so i don't reckon anyone's getting my point here. Look i don't really care if any of you are into supplements, steroids whatever. Its not my life. I was only saying that as climbers we really should be happy with the way we perform naturally without extra stuff on the side. Of course we need aims and goals - we love a challenge, that's why we share this passion for climbing. As you said, I train, eat right, have a positive mental outlook and I love it. I think, personally, I wouldn't be happy knowing I'm climbing better cos of something like a regular protein shake, but more cos I've put in more effort to train more often or more intensely of my own accord.

I'm sure there are a few things to get rid of in anyone's diet to make the body healthier. Please tell me no one has these supplements to make up for the fact they eat junk! I'm sure you don't and I'm honestly not trying to offend you all. I obviously share a different viewpoint and I don't think I'm alone in it. I'm not arguing anymore either - it's just my point of view and I think i've said it. Thats it :P
