I am sorry Steph your opinion is entirely baseless and even a little offensive. Just because I have a protein shake after a training session does not mean I am about to go out and get some HGH. That is what you are trying to say after all huh, that every person who takes a multiviatamin is on a raod to becoming a drug cheat. I think you should do a little more research into what exactly you are talking about first, as was said before by Neil and Lee, it is not much different than eating some fish or chicken or eggs, just in a more concentrated, convienient form.

Although I guess because I smoke dope occaisionally I am most probably into much harder stuff as well huh, and you can't trust a junkie can you.

Your right though Steph, I am not satisfied with climbing just a little bit harder, that is why I push myself in training and climbing as hard as I possibly can. And I can pretty much guarantee that I do not want to look like you.
