I disagree. Supplement use leads to supplement abuse, and when you're not satisfied with that, what do you turn to next? if you're not comfortable with the way you naturally are and the way you naturally perform, then you will never be satisfied with "just that little bit better" or climbing "just that little bit harder."

I've managed to bulk myself up (completely unintentionally believe me) from climbing and training fairly intensly. if you want to look like me u don't need protein shakes to do it and i'm living proof of that. (anyone who's seen my arms and shoulders knows what I'm talking about)
