Great points there Gunta, Take and Neil. It is said that in making your goals it is just as important to note what you will give up to achieve them. Surely most punters can drag themselves away from the TV, pub or whatever to spare the time for a couple of sessions a week, at the gym or the woody in the garage or even just on a hangboard. If you really want it then you can make it happen. You just have to be smart about it, train efficiently and show some consistancy and dedication. First of all though, you have to want it, like I am sure Tom does.
