I climbed Dicky Knee's Dihedral a number of times in the late 1980s/early 1990s. There is no way the start was a V3/4 boulder problem at that time. A solid slab move lead to a hollow-feeling flake with a horizontal hold on top of it. An exciting move off the flake (will it snap off?) was required to get up to a position to clip the first bolt. Then it was bridging up the corner at about 18. I thought 21 was an appropriate grade. Maybe the flexing flake has now gone. Peter Martin also lead it around that time. Maybe he is worth contacting for an opinion.
