really if two ppl are the same height, but one weighs 20kg more - why do they deserve a handicap. just lose some weight.
The real issue is the weight differences that exist because of differences in height (something which you can't do anything about) - but there's a natural handicap for this - the extra reach.
So in the end it all evens out without the need for weights and handicaps etc.
(my real point here, being 2m tall and hence having a vested interest, is that short asses should stop winging about reach issues unless they're prepared to carry a few extra pounds to compensate)
