Hard to predict, the future is. I can't see climbing ever topping out at a grade. Increases mey take longer and longer but there will always be improvement. The next ten years may well only produce one or two grade increases, look how long it took to go from 9a to 9a+. Who knows what new technology will arise. There has been plenty in the last decade or two that has had a huge impact on what and how we climb.
