I wouldn't even try. It can depend so much on how I feel on the day, what kind of route it is etc. I could maybe have a shot of being within a couple of grades + or - but the only real way to grade something is by consensus. Having many people climb the route will allow individual factors such as personal strengths etc to be evend out. This unfortunately takes time.
kudos to the FA who try and give it a go, I just wouldn't know where to start. |
