Yesterday while brushing my teeth before bed I noticed I had a hole in the toe of the right foot of my favourite fluffy slippers. It was strange as the left fluffy slipper still had loads of rubber on it. Sensing a discord in the cosmic plasma I went up to the loft and got out the box of old stinky retired climbing shoes/slippers - guess what.....all of the right toes had holes in them. Then I got my old faithful walking boots out and the right foot leather was all scuffed and the left pristine. You get the picture.
Question is why does my right foot burn through rubber faster than my left. Does anyone else have this problem?

Your right foot is longer than your left. I have the opposite problem.

Since it is stuie asking I was going to suggest it is the neanderthal factor, and to also check for abnormal wear on knuckles and wrists, but you are probably right.
Holey fluffy slippers are quite a fashion statement.
You two could share a room and swap shoes if the size fits instead of checking for holes in the rubber.
Who else checks for holes in their slippers while cleaning their teeth?
Obviously flossing too hard with them.

Thinking about it it is different foot sizes. Funny thing is though my left foot is bigger. However I can see why my right wears faster as I fit my climbing shoes so my left is a bit crimped and my right is pretty much flat - which makes my foot placements more smeary on the right and a bit more "en pointe" on the left. Not much of a difference but I suspect adds up to a lot over the life of a shoe.
Doesn't explain the fluffy slippers though.

Gnaguts.... well in truth I was bent over double looking at my feet while squeezing out a turd the size of Wolfgang's forearm. But I chose to be a bit more poetic as I know the k monster is a bit squeamish - don't tell him.

It's ok. Even Edwierdo, like yourself, knows it is entirely feasible to manipulate turds by their clean end.
With such poetic licence, are you running as a candidate in the upcoming state election?
If so, what are you going to do about the outrageous fees now charged to camp in our national parks?
And how are you going to respond to the Rubber Dolls Against Holes lobby, as you wouldn't want that debacle to blow up on you, would you, otherwise it could deflate your chances of election?

It's the result of all that in-breeding
