When I think about it actually I've had way worse experiences with locals in the Blueys and Natimuk. The route names definitely don't help the reputation. I had a hilarious idea to do a "Nowra Climb Name or Famous Pornographic Film" quiz and I went through the crag looking for only the most depraved route names. After bombaderry creek alone I had a shortlist of 40 or so, gave up on the idea in horror, washed my mouth out with soap, and curled up in the foetal position praying for Graeme Hill's immortal soul. Ive heard at least two kids have got in trouble at school for going to show and tell and saying stuff like "On the weekend I climbed Murdoch The Horse F-er!" and "We went to Nowra and mummy did Wham Bam Thank You Mam!" I'll admit that's hilarious.
