The NSW and ACT difficulty (onsight) competition is on at the Northern Beaches Rockhouse on the 17th and 18th July. This comp is the only qualifier for Nationals for NSW and ACT competitors. The format is slighty different, and is to be run under a UIAA approved 'flash format', similar to the format to be used at Nationals and the World Youth Championships. Heats will be 'flash' where a fore-runner will climb the route in front of all competitors, and then everybody is drawn for climbing order randomly. Finals will be onsight, with iscolation etc. Register before the weekend and save $10- More info and entry forms at www.rockhouse.com.au
