2 Dvds made by Neil Gresham. Neil has been coaching, and writing about climbing and specifically training for climbing in the Uk for many years now, and has put most of his knowledge into 2 dvds. The first one is a more basic video that starts off going through the basic techniques of climbing, where and how to use the basic moves. Then leads onto leading techniques from clipping all the way through to falling. The second DVD is more about outdoor climbig and the mental aspects of climbing from redpointing, onsighting and also headpointing. The second DVD also has some great footage of Neil climbing some hard and scary (equilibrium E10) routes outdoors and what he does to get up them.
