It's probably broken forever. The only option these days is to upload the image somewhere else and link back into chockstone.

http://postimg.org/ seems to work ok. You upload an image, copy the 'Hotlink for website' code and paste it into a post. eg.

Go to imgur.com, upload image, right click on image and select "copy image url".
