This might be spam, but Big W are selling chin up bars for $10. It doesn't require screws or anything might be useful for renters who can't install/afford a decent training tool.
Obviously a chin up bar has limited climbing training value though . . .

I've seen people rig hangboards off these chin-up bars. Not exactly sure how it was done but it certainly looked like a good option is you're a renter in an inner-city apartment.

I bought one a few weeks back and am surprised that it's not complete junk. It actually feels pretty sturdy.

I'd be real careful with a $10 chin up bar.....would likely snap (at the welds) rather than bend. Which is a worry.

I'm only using mine as a pushup thingy now that I have my hangboard/chinup frame of happiness in action.
