Green point? *sigh*
I find it ironic that this guy goes on and on about trad climbing when he is clipping pre placed wires.
Now what he has done is impressive. And he can climb harder than I even dream of climbing. But what is described and shown here is particularly 'trad'.

I don't think this video is of a single go. At about 2 mins and again at 5.35 min gear disappears and reappears on his harness

Having seen climbing/bouldering videos recorded I would normally not presume they are of a single ascent. The difficulty in getting good angles and shots of all the right moves often necessitates multiple ascents.
Of course all this makes a mockery of "trad" climbing.

Another name made up by sport climbers where one does not simple arrive at the climb and go up.

There must also be a "brown pont". Who can give me the best definition?

Lol, I like this one and I suspect this was made up by trad climbers. It's climbing a sports climb with trad gear, hence it's green / enviro friendly (note patto I did not say trad style).

Brown point = top-roping. Why? Because nobody gives a sh*t.

Brian Eno had an album from circa 1975 called 'Another Green World'
He is the father of ambient music you know, what a visionary!

And also wrote the Windows 95 startup noise, for which he should be forever shamed. That almost outweighs him showing up Brian Ferry in Roxy Music.

I was going to wind patto up a bit, but he's so obviously trolling that I'd be worried he'd think he'd succeeded in offending someone.

That's what I was thinking with the soloing vids as well! Looks like an awful lot of big holds for supposed 28's and 29's. Does anyone know exactly how squishy the south ifrican 'Ewbank system' is?
