Wow, seems like forever since I logged into good old chocky!
After a few years off I've finally made it indoor a few times over the last few weeks and realised I may have missed climbing somewhat. Enough to start going at least semi regularly, at least.

I live in the Shire, so it seems like the whole of its playground is on my doorstep (I'm only new to Sydney and was under the impression that I had to drive to Nowra or Bluies for a decent day outing), plus either Villawood or St Peters is accessible.
My work is either 7-4 or 2pm-midnight(ish), but I don't always know when I'm on which shift far in advance, which means I can't commit to regular climbing sessions until a couple of days out.

I've climbed for a few years until being distracted by endurance sports and in my hey day was climbing up to 23 sport. Never really got to lead anything more than an 18 in trad though, but am (was) pretty good at cleaning =) I like long multipitches but am fairly lukewarm towards long runouts. At the moment my rack and ropes are in Melbourne but will retrieve them once I can justify their usage. Last outing in St Peters imply that a gym 21 is about my limit currently. Expertly belay up to 36 ;)

Keen to tag along with an established group of regular/semi-regular locals, so I'm not standing anyone up at the last minute. Will tell tall tales of faraway lands (la-la land may or may not be included) and belay in exchange for the priviledge.

Messages here or on 0403061047 will be eagerly awaited =)
