Hi all, just wondering if anyone can tell me if any of the decent crags around Margaret river (willyabrup, Bobs hollow) are kid friendly i.e. shortish walk ins, stable ground at the base for belays etc.
Thanks.

Wilyabrup is an easy walk from the car with wide and stable ledges below the climbs. There is also a sandy beach just below the south end with some nice rockpools for the kids to explore. It might depend on the age of the kids, group size and your confidence in keeping an eye on them as with any crag, but I have taken my kid down there when he was very young. Beautiful spot.

True Mick, Kai has been in some pretty wild places but he wasn't leading at Wilyabrup, he was being carried in a papoose. These shots aren't the best but they might give some sense of what the place is like.

Lovely climbing
