vwills were you out walking early saturday morning in a bunch of three? talk of sherpas, looked like they were carrying a fair amount of gear out towards blue lake!!!

No, group of 2, and the pack was comparatively light. So much easier without ropes, harnesses and gear and my TLT5 mtn dynafit skiboots climb really well. Almost pleasant skiing with the pack on.
