Not that tart. Too bitter, too many nuts and I don't like the custard topping.

I wish we had a hero to eat our tart.

Had a preview of the vegetarian plate last night (pictured above). It was delicious.
Envueltos de Berenjena con mojo de cilantro
(garlic ricotta filled eggplant rolls with coriander sauce)
Patatas bravas
(roasted potatoes on a bed of spicy tomato sauce and topped with garlic aioli)
Zanahorías Aliñadas
(organic carrots marinated with garlic, cumin, oregano and chilli)
Escalivada
(grilled eggplant, capsicum and tomato salad)
Can be served vegan without the aioli and ricotta.

Campbells Tempranillo 2011 - Rutherglen Vic
Pondalowie Pinga Tempranillo et al - Bendigo Vic
Berberana Carta de Oro Gran Reserva - Spain
They're quite varied, hard to believe they're from the same varietal. That's wine!

So what's the vegetarian menu like this Sat Doug?
I'm heading up with a vegetarian and we're discussing whether we should could or there'll be something that she can eat at the cafe / pub.

I haven't heard what Andy's making yet, but I'm cooking:
Organic pumpkin tart with organic coriander pesto (vegan)
Organic pumpkin feta and basil quiche
Happy hoppy lasagne
Organic carrot and feta lasagne
The roo lasagne isn't vego obviously, but I'm happy making it as it meets my standard for humanely and sustainably harvested meat.
There's an asian style tofu salad on the regular menu as well and vego cooked breakfast and omelet options.
