quite agree rich,

i wish i had met this damo before he left canberra, Constant amusement

the fact that you may or may not climb harder than anyone does not make you a better person, and
"there's a heirachy in place point dexter." >> umm, i don't think anyone here worships you because you climb harder, (apart from the obvious question of whether theres any merit to cranking 28 on toprope in the gym)

yeah, AND im sure there are people who climb harder than you here, and none of them see the need to go around spouting it..........

Actually, the correct term is "Poindexter" (MISTER Poindexter to you!)

I think somebody has a secret obsession with Revenge of the Nerds...

I'll write one for Damo. I think it's pritty easy to guess what he's going to say:

"' I'm so great, I'm so good.
I climb 28, I'm so great.
I'm so great but, a little corny
I get no sex, so I'm always horny."

>Oi! Where did that come from, show some respect. Anyone that's climbing sub 8a should not talk like that! I'll outclimb anyone in the state, I can 3 one arm pull ups. All I wanted was some belayer and I get 'hairy bot' and someone who calls himself a lizard on my case. This has a strange 'revenge of the nerds' type feel to it

My goodness! Seems Damien has made an impression elsewhere..... Strike Three for "Revenge of the Nerds"!

Woozle, Lachlan (poindexter), The Gecko (uni boy), WM (?) John. You guys need to stay back for extra tuition, at the school of respect. Settle in while Damey teaches.....

> 8a won't even come close to outclimbing anyone in the sate. Niether will 3 one armers

I'll let my climbing do the talking

Yep you are spot on, if you fail to make in the real world, or on the rock, you can make it big on the forum

> put damo back on the line !
the troll is getting tired and lame.

Damey's back online babey, there was a bit of a hickup yesterday (Woozle?) so I was lying low but it turned out to be a false alarm

Now, that I have finished dealing with those pesky punters, back onto the original subject. I find women in climbing to be a realy interesting thing, especially given that their primary role (I think, correct me if otherwise) in life is to rear cubs - to draw a parralel with other animals - right. It is then interesting that girls would be getting into something that is so dangerous that threatens their ability to reproduce. That might be a bit harsh because it is such a fun sport. On another, more selfish perspective, if you are out climbing with your women it kind of takes away the novelty of coming back to the tent for a hug, kiss and a cuppa after a hard days climbing.

IN terms of the competition thing, the physiology of it means that physical competition between men and women is redundant. Women are better at plenty of things, ie empathy is a big one that comes to mind, I can do more pull ups. If you accept that there is no ploblem. Sorry if any offence, none intended

LOL Damo you just get funnier and funnier. I'm off now to squeeze out another kid and warm hubby's slippers before he gets home from work...

I think old Damien has crawled out of an ice cave somewhere after his glacier has thawed with all this global warming!!

Basically what you are saying is women are only here to serve you Damien, batting their eyelids whilst serving up meat and three veg dinner after a hard day at the office??

I must say you will pick up many women here with those ideas.

This must be a troll as no one could still have these antiquated attitudes!!

In the time
they been dissin,
There’s a point big and bold
they bin missin

In life
Black is white,
Good is gold,
Heart is soul,

When Damey takes the mike,
Time t’listen
Open ears eyes and mind,
Lets you miss them

The words of trut
Old and wise,
Though young in years,
Small in size,

And those dissn me,
Better wait, hope an pray
That damey fronts to the boulders
aother time, nother day

Be it Raps, Gramps or You,
Nowra, Borooomba, Blue,
Damey’s pumping hard,
Damey’s gonna rock
