Hey All,
Thanks for your responses and staying true to Chockstone's ethos of turning every thread into randomness.
So, as for stretches for hips - thanks for the advice. I had thought tho that there is a difference between the flexibility that allows you to do the "frog" stretch (i.e. knees outwards with bent legs) and the flexibility that allows you to keep the hip turn outwards while the leg is extended?
