So what do you actually eat? I don't see any animal products or saturated fat which are required for something to be food. They sell a product at the pharmacy called fibre gel thats as much use as that recipe but you don't have to waste your time eating all that fart sludge.

With that in mind, here's my most recent favourite camping recipe.

Chorizo is a god send for hiking. It's salty, porky and keep really well, particularly if you get the smoked versions. Last time out we sliced 2 chorizo, and fried them. Then added carrots to soak up the fat and salt. Then tomatoes to make it red. I put some rosemary in cos we're fancy, and it grows like a weed at home. Mixed all this with pasta and ate it. God it was good. Salt tastes fantastic after a big day out.

The butcher in Griffith, south canberra, is actually the best in the world. Smokes his own bacon, on site, (and he onsighted it several years ago), makes his own sausages and chorizo, smokes some of those, and does his own Christmas Hams. I've been trying to justify buying one now, and calling it ham christmas in september.

Evan I'm talking juice. Don't you collect the non congealed dripping from the wrappers of your favourite pig product and drink it? Better than milk.

Chuck a slab of good ol' salami on a hotplate for a few minutes then squeeeeeeeeeze all the lovely juices out. Makes a great icecream thickshake flavouring. And you got leftover salami to use as a club!
Note:Icecream must be pig fat icecream

My ploughman's lunch and my bolognese for dinner keep my manhood intact, thank
you. My local butcher makes a salami guaranteed to grease the pucker sufficiently even
for you WWS. Further I suggest that fart sludge is very useful for keeping the old tent
warm at night.
