Ah, you whinge about what's happened to chocky and you get a nice juicy climbing=dating thread. Yay.

My observation of the climbing dating scene....seems to be full of either dysfunctional singles or marrieds/long-term ensconced in r/ship. So many contributions on this thread from marrieds makes the smelly single climber not the whole truth of the matter! If only climbing was also a haven for hot, normal people.....if only the world was a haven for hot, normal people!!

I like a woman who can climb and spell. For example, in the post above, "whinge", "happened", "juicy",
"dysfunctional" and "ensconced" are all words that can be a problem for the average Chockstoner but
bluey nailed them. Well done.

Aw shucks. If I had known spelling was such a winning characteristic, I would have focussed on promoting my spelling talents more!

We can also let them fall, but we don't.

Is it dating when you ask a girl at the bouldering wall if she'd like an alabama hot pocket?

Goddam WW&S, you keep on referring to things that I don't have a clue what you are talking about!!

How did your date with Mike Meyers go? Oh, sorry, that was just fishing wasn't it :-)

I was under the impression it was this:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=alabama+hot+pocket

Hence the "dating" reference. ie dated so to speak....

The NetNanny at work wouldn't let me view that one. Same equipment with a different entrance?

Answer

A vindictive procedure where a man wearing a condom uses a linement to give a sexual partner a nasty, painful suprise.

Now we're getting weird. Though, what else would I expect??

Though, u want to get weirder?? Here's the other answers:

[continuous explitives now deleted]

Goddam, the things I learn by hanging around Chockstone (and WW&S for that matter!!!). Though, it sounds like the last answers would go down just damn fine with all them good ol' Sarah Palin voters, hyuk hyuk!!!

Sometimes you get to a point in life where you think that you have seen/experienced most things (or at least all those things that you want to experience), then you go to a website like:

http://www.urbandictionary.com

and you realise that the good 'ol US of A really is a messed up place.

Don't blame the US. There's a lot of messed up stuff out there and only a fraction of it is from the US.

This forum is open to kids and it probably also has its fair share of more conservatively minded people. I think we could all be spared the really graphic details. People who are that interested can go and find out for themselves.

[Edit: after the edit I withdraw my complaint]
