Our anniversary next week, 14 years, a relatively short time.
Things are still great, and she still climbs with me.

Ditto Sabu.
We married young, cause for concern amongst many including us and the Rev Dave, but when its the one...we've been together 25 years now and married for more than 20; we're still very happy.

Speaking of stoked, 7 days to go and i finally had a couple of strong nights. I've been hammering myself for the last few weeks trying to make up lost ground and the breakthrough just wouldn't happen but the last couple finally saw progress sends. For a sneak preview:

Don't sweat it, that beer mug always puts things in the right light - I found it very funny.

Well it's certainly not as impressive than going to Sardinia in a week but I'm stoked that my two BAT shirts arrived in the post from the States this arvo.

To whomever it is going to Sardinia (Rod, I assume) ...
I highly recommend a visit to Cala Luna, which is accessible either via a long walk, or ferry (individual tickets available) from the town of Cala Gonone. We had a group, so we hired a boat for about 60 euros for the day and it was well worth it. Cala Luna is awesome. The caves and walls are on the beach the belayer stands in the sand. The water is all of about 20 paces away. Fabulous stuff ! It is also well worth doing a bit of snorkelling (well, er, holding your breath and diving deep anyway). Some members of our group saw some awesome stuff, including a squid getting all angry and puffing up and changing colour. I'll see if I can get my hands on the pics. The vegetable situation in the town was kind of weird - limited selection in individual stores so you had to shop at multiple supermarkets. Be ready for this if you are vegetarian.
