The missus is away, iv'e put the rugrats to bed and now i have just finished cooking and eating a plate of hot chips and TWO, yes read them TWO "T BONE" steaks. Now its time for a bi..... MASSIVE bowl of icecream with chocolate syrup and banana.
Ahhhhh the food of champions.

Stoked i did the Yowie mountain bike race course today, 33km just over 2hrs and still feeling good.Race is next saturday, The bugger all training i have done must be paying off.

O.M.G my belly hurts. I stood up and it looks like im 3 months pregnant. Oh well 1 fast metabolism later and a good surf in the morning and all should be well again.

Ahhh my dreds killed... hope yours aren't as painful -24hrs of someone pulling your hair - not my idea of a fun wet weather option... x

Yes King Lines lives up to the trailer :) its over too soon though.
My first dred is in !! wasnt too painful. Now Only 4 hours to go.

ahhhh mine were home made - with bees wax - bloody painful experience -mine weren't done in such slick time and I do have quite shiney hair!!! was hard work -i bet yours will be easier. pics when you're done please. x

Now have 6 dreads. taking a break for a little while.

Natural Method All the way!
The Knotty boy stuff, although being awesome, isn't so good as it'll always be in your hair.
Wash your hair in Dr. Bronners. Petrochemical free, and no residue. It's amazing stuff.
Also, I'm stoked that the Grit is actually now fun to climb!!

Scratchy though -i'm liking the lack of grit rash - no where near as many cuts on my hands here.
