Spiderman AKA Alain Robert. Know more for his building solos, he has made quite a few hard solos out on rock!

Fred is the only Swiss climber I recall right at the moment, but he climbs very slowly and controlled so doesn't fit.

Edit: Elie Chevieux - didn't think of him... He has been quiet since being reported incorrectly as murdered in Afghanistan.

Q3 I thought dalai would score. Climber: Dave Pegg. The route: what soon became 'The Yorkshire Ripper' (8b/31). Apparently he asked Tribout to get off it, as it was his project. Tribout said he may as well finish the job - so while he was resting in between burns, Pegg rapped the line and took out his lip gloss. Tribout ended up making the second ascent over 3 days (once Pegg had made the 1st).

Not so quick with the answers!

I don’t remember that Stuart had climbed it, awesome if he did. I have a pic of Steve on that - one of our most talented climbers ever for sure.

Third that! What he was bouldering at Cheesedale was at the time at the cutting edge in terms of difficulty!
