The last time I was in Second Wind (Fyshwick), they had 3 pairs of down pants. Only in size small, though. Although I have an OK down sleeping bag, I thought I would buy some down pants - one of the Kent St shops asked me 'why would you want to do that?', and started guiding me towards sleeping bags. More versatility, I said. Have a great Mont down jacket that is not used often enough, but the last few times I used it, I did put my lower legs into the arms of the older, les plump down jacket. My butt is warmer too, as I have a Mont Voyager sleeping bag - no down in the base.
