if not, where did you read this about cams?

the whole point in cams is that they are always at the right angle to the rock, the cam is a constant angle spiral, no one starts getting out their protracter half way up a cliff. a said cam is FAR mors versatile than a nut (though passive pro makes up the majority of my rack) I have done whole climbs that only take cams. Fair enough though if you like nuts and climb safely on them. (ps both camp tricams > I FINNALLYGOT SOME FROM THE USA< THEY RULE > can be used as nuts and BD cams ( and others if they have cam stops, can be used passively.

im not saying climb without passive pro < its all ive had since i just got some cams> but you have my sympathy if you dont use cams (and my respect)
