i understand your problem as i also have a massive foot...US14.

go with la sportiva...they are your friends. their shoes are bigger for their size than any other brand i have tried. i can especially recommend the la sportiva cliff blue...an intermediate shoe that i use to climb everything from cracks to overhanging sport routes. but if i'm serious about ticking a climb at my limit i'll pull out my la sportiva katana shoes...an asymmetric shoe with pointed toe. i think i can squeeze into a cliff blue in size 46 and a katana in size 45 which is not even the biggest sizes they make in these shoes...but i could only do this after i had been climbing for several years. but if you want comfort and don't care about edging ability then you can't beat the la sportiva mythos...i bought the biggest size they made as my first ever shoe. i did a bit of research about shoes when i first got into climbing and i even found out that there was someone local who could make climbing shoes to fit...can't remember who or whether they still exist.
