Often with the DWR treatment on GorTex jackets you can just stick the jacket in the dryer on a light to medium heat setting (for ~30min). This will renew the treatment (there is something technical in here about lots of little hairs falling over and then sticking up again after the dryer).
After this is done try flicking some water at the jacket, if it beads off then you are sweet, if it doesn't then you might want to try some NicWax Tech wash.
