Wild Country Rockcentrics for sure - though wouldn't bother with the largest two sizes (8 and 9) - get a BD #3 (blue) cam to cover this size.
The size 3 Rockcentric fits in nicely above WC Rock 8 nut size, and they are lighter than the large wired nights - bonus. Downside of the floppy slings can be improved slighlty by sliding the sling around so that the bar-tacked section is up tight against the body of the hex, making it a bit stiffer to place high (or you can stiffen the whole rig up with tape).
Your PS about cams - rather buy a full set of good cams (bit by bit if necessary), not random sale/special deal cams you can afford - sounds dumb, but for me, I used to buy bits n pieces on sales etc, built up a huge rack of mixed cams and wasn't that happy. They worked fine, but it always niggled at me - each one had a different action, some had funky cam actions and walking habits, they hung at different lengths on the old rack, ranges overlapped (or didn't) inconsistently, just seemed hokey.
So eventually, got a full set of the gold standard (IMHO) - BD C4 cams - now each cam placement is a sweet experience, same action on each cam, same way to grab it and place, wide range makes it more likely to get a good placement first time, not a huge factor, but it adds up, and when you consider how long you're going to have them, being cheap doesn't make sense.
