You didn't mention your foot size (I'm a 45 C on a Brannack device-Paddy's have one) and wear Scarpa Inferno's 42's and Dominator 41's. But it depends on foot shape and toe "alignment". From experience of fitting lots of footwear: try lots of styles, brands and sizes on, each time you do so you will learn something about what really fits well. Also remember that unlined footwear will stretch far more than lined. High performance (banana) shoes need to have your big toe bent and be pulled up tight on your heel to give you a performance gain. In my case 4 sizes. And will be uncomfortable... But if they're too uncomfortable, you wont be able to wear them and will end up selling them as "worn twice, $100 ONO"
