What's happened Owain? That doesn't sound like the rantings of a telefanatic. Are you starting to come around to the darkside?

What you're describing is pretty much what I was thinking of doing. After the outlay for plastic dynafit compatible boots there's no way I'm getting a second set of plastic touring style tele boots, and definitely not going back to my leather boots with 3 pin binding. Can't see why it wouldn't work well.
