Yeah, I bought it as I had problems with Golfers Elbow (from repetitive strain due to motor bike courier), plus general forearm/tendinitis issues. Not a miracle cure, but for $100 cheaper and better than repeat visits to an average massage therapist. It works great for deep tissue massage thru the forearm, besides that u can do some funky stretching of the forearm muscles by clamping the arm, making a fist (to lengthen the muscles) and rotate the fist.
